Mr. Rich Niccolls is was a missionary in East Africa for 12 years before coming home and settling in Texas. He served as a professor at Dallas Baptist University for several years before becoming a licensed insurance agent in 2015. Following the death of his mother in 2013, he realized that the "business side of death" is something no one needs to go through unprepared.
